Brownies!

Okay, please don't be angry...I FORGOT TO TAKE A PICTURE OF THE END RESULT. But you've all seen brownies before right? I've been taking pictures of me baking over a long period of time without uploading so I just forgot things like this... I'M SORRY! I used the humming bird bakery book for this so I cannot link the recipe. if you really ant to see what they look like you can search them into google, enjoy!

So yeah, this recipe is pip squeak - you literally don't do anything else - yet they are the best brownies i've ver had. Hands down.

Plaited bread!

Hellooo, Ok, I know i've been gone for a while...but I haven't forgotten about this blog! I've been baking a couple of times over the last few weeks going from bread to simple birthday cakes. I've still taken pictures but I just haven't seemed to find the time to put the pictures up, so here we go!

While the bread was rising I decided to  make a hot chocolate...

I made the flour plaited version instead because I was getting confused

This bread turned out really well! I'll defiantly make it again!

Birthday Cake!

So, it was my birthday on the 5th March. I had a lovely birthday with my family and friends. This year I made my own birthday cake as my family was very busy but to be honest I wanted to make my own! :) I took some photos of the process of making the cake. Company Cupcake Charity: Thank you!

If you have read my previous posts, you can see that I did some charity work a couple of weeks ago. for more info read my first post. This post is just to say thank you for the people who helped me along this project and to the people who bought my products. we raised approximately £80! This money will go here . Company Cake Charity - Cupcakes!

Company Cake Charity - Macaroons!

So, I'm on half term and I've decided to do one of the things i love; baking! Instead of eating all of the cakes, i'm selling them at my dad's business park and giving all of the money to charity! This is a great way for me to make the time tick by slightly faster! Today I made macaroons. I took photos along the way of making orange macaroons but not the chocolate or lemon as it is pretty much the same procedure. Note: the recipe I used was just for plain macaroons, though I adapted the recipe slightly to change the flavours. I will have a link for the recipe at the end and a link for the charity:
